Compressions, stretches and joint rotations are all utilized to open the joints, stretch the muscles and release blockages from the body, all while leaving the client in a relaxed state of mind. The 2 hour session is highly recommended. Please wear loose comfortable clothing. 1 hour.....$60 1.5 hour.....$85 2 hour.....$110 3 hour.....$160 Swedish/Relaxation Swedish massage is what most people think of when they think of massage. The pressure can vary from light to firm depending on the clients needs. Swedish massage often utilizes long gliding strokes and kneading of the muscle to increase circulation, ease muscle tension, increase flexibility and relax the mind. 1 hour.....$60 1 1/2 hour.....$85 2 hour.....$110 Deep Tissue/Muscle Specific Deep Tissue massage is very muscle specific. It does not need to be painful if done properly. The movements are often done very slowly which allows the muscles to release. For a true deep tissue massage a full body massage can not be done in an hour, please choose one or two areas to be worked. 1 hour.....$60 1 1/2 hour.....$85 2 hours.....$110 Thai Prenatal Massage Thai prenatal massage is done in the traditional way of Thailand. The massage will be performed while the client remains fully clothed on a comfortable mat on the floor. Warm herbal compresses will be utilized throughout the massage to release blockages from the body, draw out toxins, promote circulation and cause total relaxation for the mind, body, and spirit. 1 hour.....$70 1 1/2 hour.....$95 Pregnancy Massage Pregnancy massage can be done during all 3 trimesters. Special consideration will be taken into account during each trimester to meet the individuals needs. This massage will be performed in side-lying and semi-reclining positions. In some situations a doctors note may be required. 1 hour.....$60 1 1/2 hour.....$85 Hot Stone Massage Warm basalt stones are used during this massage. The warmth of the stones will cause muscle relaxation and ease tension throughout the body. Hot stone massage is great for those who may not like a lot of pressure but have a lot of tension in their body. 1 1/2 hour.....$95 Thai Herbal Compress Thai herbs, such as tumeric, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, ginger, and/or cloves will be added to a compress, then heated and applied to help thoroughly warm the body. This will help aid tight muscles into relaxation, all while drawing out toxins, promoting circulation, releasing blockages and causing total relaxation. This may be added to any service for an additional $10. Highly recommended. Add to any service.....$10 Holistic Health Counseling Holistic health counseling will help you to live the life you were meant to live. Together we will create a program that is unique to you. We will discuss dietary habits, lifestyle, relationships, spirituality and career to see how that impacts your life and the decisions that you make.
